| Jason arrives
at his office and asks Diane where Max is. Diane says that they went out
to "crack some heads". Jason wants to call Cody to find them and bring
them back but Diane talks him out of it. She asks him if he would like a
drink of his own scotch, to which Jason says "no". Carly arrives to tell Jason that she talked to Sonny about Karpov but he wouldn't listen to her. Jason is worried that Sonny will do something irrational as Jason is still not convinced that Karpov was Kate's shooter. When Max and his dad return, Max talks about how he saved Sonny's life, so Jason would know what happened. Maximus orders Jason to get him a drink which he does. Jason then leaves, telling Max that he needs to go and take care of the job Max gave him. Maximus thinks Jason is way too independent for an employee. Jason goes to see Sonny and tells him he should not have confronted Karpov by himself. Sonny says he had to - Jason would not help him. |
