| Jason tries to call Sam back after he is cut off. When there is no answer he heads to her apartment |
| Jerry figures out that Jason will be coming over so he tells Sam to get rid of him or he will shoot Jason in the head. |
| Jason rushes into Sam's place, wanting to know if something is wrong. Their phone call was cut off so he was concerned. Sam wants to know what right he has to come barging into her apartment and then tells him they were not cut off - she hung up on him. He wants to know why |

Jerry is hiding and listening as Sam acts like she does not want Jason around |
| Sam tells Jason that for two and a half years, he was the love of her life but then he dumped her. Now he is calling and coming over, acting like he cares about her. She says it's passive aggressive and she resents it. Jason apologizes for the misunderstanding and leaves. |
| After Jason leaves, Jerry drugs Sam. She pulls out the object that Jason found after the explosion and drops it on the floor. |

Jerry picks Sam up and carries her out |
| While Jason is talking on the phone, he notices Sam's drop of blood that she left when she was there. He realizes Jerry must have seen it also and knew Sam was there. He rushes back to Sam's place. |

He looks around the apartment and then sees the object that Sam dropped! |
